Recently I have started to get emails from jewelers promoting their work. This is a good thing for many reasons:
1) It means that I have readers!
2) (and less selfishly) It means that jewelers are getting web savvy, that they are reading blogs and promoting themselves through well designed websites
3) I get to blog about new people who I have not yet found, in most cases.
I would invite any jeweler to send me images of their work. I can't promise that I will always blog about it, but I would love to see it and hope to be able to help promote as many jewelers as possible through posts. So, send me new work, send me old work, tell a friends and by all means if you are a jewelry student, don't be shy. I would love nothing better than to feature a young jeweler's work each week. So keep it coming.
On that note: Here are two jewelers who have recently sent me their work or pointed me to their web pages, which I very much enjoyed.
Stephanie Simek recently emailed an update on sale locations (worldwide) and new items such as this:
I really like her use of natural materials which simultaneously celebrates the material and elevates it. The following pieces I have seen on her site before and still really like.
The other is Theresa Burger a jewelry student from Cape Town, South Africa. Her enamel work is impressive and I am particularly taken with the Smokey quartz ring. Some of her work has a very tribal feel.

Thank you for featuring my work, appreciate it! Just recently in the last 4 months have I discovered your page, have enjoyed what I've seen so far!
Contact me, I want to do a link trade. Thanks for the feature:)
